All artwork will be shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Your artwork will be packed in a very well supported packaged so it can make its journey as safe as possible to your home.

We need the buyers to record or photograph any damaged artwork upon arrival to help expedite the return and refund process.

7DAYS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.
You may return any purchased artwork, provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.
